Dickinson Cruickshank Advocates Offices 33 - 37 Athol Street Douglas
Extensive Office refurbishment and structural alterations over 4 floors covering
an approximate area of 18,000 sq foot, which was completed in December 2004,
on time and on budget.
The Rosemount Public House, for Heron & Brearly
The scheme was again an extensive refurbishment and the formation of 6 new
flats above the pub which involved restricted working conditions and bad
access and debris disposal, due to the pure nature of the job. The contract
was completed in October 2004 with a value of £625,000.
Barrule, a Private Dwelling Contract in the south of the Island.
The contract consisted of constructing a 5,000 sq ft dwelling of extremely
high specification (please view the virtual tour) for a client with a large
UK Construction background. The contract was over 12 months and was completed
in July 2005.

Enviroment completed in July 2004 with a contract value of £1.5 million.

For Castletown Commissioners and Malew Elderly Persons Committee was also completed
in July 2002. We completed the larger Phase II complex some two years ago.
In January 2003 we completed the refurbishment of Ramsey Police Station.
There were a number of smaller schemes carried out recently from a new Oaked Framed House at Clay Head Road, with two large extensions in both Onchan and Douglas in this period.
